Don’t Drink … Play!

If you enjoy a cocktail every now and then, keep your money at home if you set out to do your drinking in a casino. I am serious. Clean out your pocketbook, your wallet, and leave all cash, plastic credit and checks out of the casino. Only take only the money you anticipate to use on beverages, tipping and few dollars you intend to lose and leave the rest behind.

Contemptuous? Not by any means. Realistic more like. You might have a win following a inebriated evening out with your comrades and be lucky enough to hook a 25 minute toss at a on fire craps game. Hang on to that story because it is as short-lived as it gets if you continually drink alcohol and gamble. These activities just do not go well together.

Leaving your money at home is a little dramatic, but preventative measures for excessive actions is essential. If you bet to win, then don’t drink and play. If you like to burn your cash nary a concern, then drink all the no charge alcohol you can handle, but don’t carry credit cards and cheques to throw into the mix of following losses after your drunken self squanders everything!

Allow me to take this a single step more. Don’t consume alcohol and then head on the net to play in your preferred casino either. I love to beer from the comfort of my apartment, but considering that I am hooked up through Neteller, Firepay and keep credit cards at my fingertips, I can not drink alcohol and gamble.

Why? Although I do not consume alcohol to excess, when I consume alcohol, it’s clearly enough to befuddle my common sense. I wager, so I do not consume alcohol when wagering. If you are more of a drinker, do not bet at the same time. Both make for a ferocious, and expensive, cocktail.
